Online content from the Music Department
Mini organ recitals, ‘behind-the-scenes’ organ tours and more…
We are so excited to launch a brand-new series of exclusive online content from our Music Department! Every week, we will be sharing a video starring our talented musicians; these videos will vary from mini organ recitals and choir recitals through to ‘behind-the-scenes’ organ tours where we take you through a different family of organ stops each time. Music has been at the heart of Gloucester Cathedral’s worship for almost 1,000 years, and it’s an integral part of our day-to-day activity. Find out more here. Click on the thumbnails below to view each video as they are released - the first video will be available from 5.30pm on Saturday 13 March. We really hope you enjoy watching these videos as much as we have enjoyed creating them.
