Wynstones School: Nine Lessons and Carols

Wynstones School: Nine Lessons and Carols

Friday 30 November 7.30pm

A special concert commemorating the centenary of WW1.

Wynstones School presents it’s free-of-charge Annual Nine Lessons and Carols at Gloucester Cathedral in support of Children in Need.

Wynstones School was founded in 1937 in Whaddon, Gloucestershire and serves the educational needs of children 3-18 years old.  It is one of 34 Steiner Waldorf schools in the UK.  The school’s guiding values are a life-long love of learning, creative thinking and self-confidence, a profound interest in the world and lives of others, and an abiding sense of moral purpose.  At Wynstones, we create an environment that balances academic, artistic and practical disciplines, to provide a well-rounded education and nurture well-rounded individuals.  As part of the school’s arts education, all children throughout the school participate in the school’s choirs, orchestras and bi-annual performances.
